David W. Donahue, Founder and President
Dave founded BenefitsXML, Inc. after the last company he founded, Bentana Technologies, Inc., was acquired by Aetna, Inc. in late 1999. Bentana was an early ASP that offered BenefitsXtra, a leading self-service employee benefit administration (e-Benefit) application for the small to mid-sized employer markets. Leveraging his detailed knowledge of the employee benefit market, leadership in industry efforts to define standard XML vocabularies, and track record of growing Internet software companies, Mr. Donahue established BenefitsXML, Inc. to offer employee benefit service providers (EBSPs) the next generation multi-channel, multi-device e-benefit platform.

Michael T. Volpe, Vice President of Product Management
Michael is responsible for designing the company's products in order to meet the needs of the employee benefit service provider community. Prior to BenefitsXML, Michael spent over fifteen years at Cigna Healthcare in various information architecture management roles.

Buddy Kresge , Vice President of Professional Services
Buddy Kresge has spent over a decade in benefits administration, architecting software and enterprise level web services for that domain. He also has an extensive background in helping businesses facilitate cost effective data exchange. He is an active member of the HR-XML Consortium where he authored HR-XML's Indicative Data specification.

George Austin, Vice President of Software Development
George is responsible for developing the software components that power BenefitsXML's products. George has fifteen years of software development experience for Windows and Java applications. Prior to BenefitsXML, he was founder and president of Gravity Software, a New England-based technology consulting and software development company.

Nadine Davies, Head of Client Services
Nadine heads up the account management and client service teams for BenefitsXML. She brings over fifteen years of experience in the employee benefits arena. Prior to joining BenefitsXML, Nadine was a key member on the startup team of Benefits Access, an outsourcing subsidiary of CIGNA, designing service offerings and the operational model before moving into account implementation and management

Anne O'Brien, Head of Implementation
Anne is responsible for implementing BenefitsXML's BRIX software for clients to enable web enrollment for health and welfare benefits. Prior to BenefitsXML, Anne spent 15 years working for Cigna Healthcare and WebMD as a business partner involved in the development of web technology for health and welfare benefits and managing software implementations for online enrollments.
